![]() When starting PT while holding the 'n' key, I can set the playback engine to "Yamaha USB. Under the sound config panel I can see the mix table input and output under "line" devices, which are of no use for recording. At this point, the mix table stoped showing "Sample rate mismatch" errors on its screen. ![]() ![]() Since the mix table has an internal sample rate of 48khz, I started by setting the sample rate from the driver control pannel to 48khz. From there, I can set the sample rate to 44.1 or 48khz (and buffer size but that's not a problem so far) I installed the Steinberg Yamaha USB ASIO driver V1.9.9.1 that I can control from its dedicated control panel. However, when trying to use the Yamaha Steinberg USB playback engine in pro tools, I get the error "Cannot initialize the current playback engine" and PT ask me to check the setup of the driver. I want to be able to multi-track record using the TF mix table as audio interface on Pro tools first. I bought a new Yamaha TF1 mix table and downloaded pro tools first on my Lenovo X220 thinkpad with 8gb ram, running 64 bit windows 10. ![]() I am new to this forum and I would like to get some help about a configuration I am trying to set up. ![]()
